Two television news programs involving 26 reporters from six different countries were created as part of this project. "The Balkan Route" traces the challenges and hardships faced by refugees fleeing war-torn nations. 
​"Reporting Refugees" includes more stories about the struggles of refugees, but also includes the challenges and experiences reporters faced in the field.
In addition to the two television news programs, a number of TV documentaries were created for local news outlets.
A refugee camp in Myrsini, Greece provides a temporary home for men, women & children. Reporter Andi Bora interviews some residents and volunteers about daily life in the camp.
Soul Food kitchen is a non-profit organization of volunteers focused on helping  refugees in Greece. Katarina Šapina reports from inside a camp.
Gevgelia Vinojug and  Tijana Jakovljević bring the story of Noori, who is separated from his family due to the closing of a transit center in Macedonia along the Balkan Route.
Rebeka Lesac reports from a refugee camp located at the Serbian-Croatian border in the spring of 2017.
From the largest refugee camp in Serbia, reporters Ivana Atanacković & Miljana Miletic show what life is like for refugees in Belgrade.
Hotel Porin, a large building on the outskirts of Zagreb, provides shelter to a number of refugees. Rebeka Lesac reports from inside the facility.
